I was first interested in reading this after watching the movie "John Carter" which is based on this and the series of books That followed after. Whether or not you like fiction, this is one book that should not be missed. Now knowing how wonderfully written it is, and how much I love Burrough's writing style? It has moved me to want to try reading Tarzan and more.
